Churro Chex Mix

1. Add 4 cups rice Chex cereal and 4 cups cinnamon Chex cereal into a large bowl. Gently stir to combine the two flavors and set aside.
2. Add 1 cup powdered sugar, ½ cup granulated sugar, and 3 teaspoons ground cinnamon to a small bowl. Stir to combine and set aside.
3. Add ½ cup unsalted butter into a medium-sized saucepan over low heat. Once the butter starts to melt, stir in 1 (11-ounce) package white chocolate chips. Stir continuously until the mixture is melted and smooth. Be careful not to burn the chocolate!
4. Pour the chocolate mixture over the cereal in the bowl. Gently stir until the cereal is evenly coated. Transfer the coated cereal to a large Ziplock bag.
5. Sprinkle the powdered sugar mixture over the coated cereal in the bag. Seal the bag and shake to coat the cereal well. Store the Chex mix in a Ziplock bag before serving and enjoying!
