1. Pour strawberry milk into ice cube trays; freeze until solid, at least 4 hours and up to 24 hours.
2. In a food processor, process frozen milk cubes, Cool Whip, milk and sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Pour into ice cream glasses and drink with a straw!
