- In a medium sized skillet over medium-high heat add 1 tablespoon olive oil. Add in 1 pound potato gnocchi and fry until golden for a few minutes until golden and crisp. Remove the gnocchi from the skillet and set aside.
- Add in ¼ cup butter. Whisk until it starts to froth turns brown.
- Remove from the heat and add 3 cloves minced garlic and 1 teaspoon fresh thyme.
- Add the gnocchi back to the butter and toss. Top with ½ cup parmesan cheese and serve.
