Salmon Mengkilap Madu dengan Saus Jeruk Nipis Mentega Kecokelatan
I love that it was pan seared and had a crust to it and it was so tender and melted in my mouth!

- Pat the salmon fillets dry and sprinkle 2 teaspoons of flour on each fillet. Drizzle 2 teaspoons of honey on each floured filet.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add the filets and cook for 3-5 minutes on each side until they are browned and cooked through.
- For the browned butter sauce, heat the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
- Once the butter is melted, turn up the heat just a notch above medium and continue to cook, stirring constantly, it will froth and then brown.
- Remove the browned butter from the heat and whisk in the lime juice, honey, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the browned butter sauce over the salmon sprinkle with your lime zest, and enjoy!
