Green Kiwi Smoothie
A handful of fresh fruit & veggies, some yogurt, & a bit of honey makes this smoothie creamy, flavorful, and totally irresistible!

Bahan-bahan
- ¼ cup kale (optional )
- ¼ cup orange juice
- ⅓ cup plain yogurt (or sweetened, see note)
- 4 kiwis
- 1 cup pineapple
- 1 cup ice
- 1 -2 teaspoons honey
Langkah-langkah
- Place kale, orange juice, and yogurt in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Serve immediately.
