Butter Sauteed Potatoes and Mushrooms – 15-min side dish of potato and mushroom sauteed with butter. Super easy, quick and yummy!

- Add 2 tablespoons of butter to a sauté pan or skillet over medium heat. Add the potatoes and sauté until they are slightly charred and light golden brown. Push the potatoes to one side.
- Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of butter and sauté the mushrooms. Once the mushrooms are cooked, stir to combine them with the potatoes.
- Add a pinch of salt and the chopped parsley, then stir to combine well. Dish out and serve immediately.
